With more than 30 years of experience and a comprehensive and diverse collection of design resources, Terri is known for curating the perfect mix of comfort and style. Using a mixture of antiques and new home furnishings, unusual textiles, custom-designed and one of a kind, and innovative use of color and materials, DeMun and her team of skilled crafts and tradesmen create spaces that nurture and inspire.

As owner and principal of Lone Star Interior Design, Terri has designed for a wide variety of clients both in and out of the Sun Valley, Idaho area that she calls home. Be it a humble cottage, or a grand family retreat, her motto is, “there’s no place like home”. In her role as chief hunter and gatherer for the former Lone Star Home Furnishings, she has assembled an eclectic and personal collection that, over the years, has become a go-to design staple for both clients and interior designers alike.

Both her design work and retail home furnishings store has been featured in national magazines like House Beautiful and Sunset Magazine, as well as several regional and local trade publications.

When Terri is not at work, you most likely will find her in the garden, cooking up a little something-something, or listening to the mandolin being played … preferably live.
